Through mentorship, immersive workshops, and real-world projects, we aim to nurture the next generation of empowered young minds, preparing them for a competitive job market and a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Meghna, a passionate and determined teen, founded Querencia on her 17th birthday after leading the Guzaarish Foundation, a non-profit she ran for over four years. Growing up in the underdeveloped North East of India, she experienced the limitations of resources and opportunities firsthand.

Through her experiences working with various organizations across India, she developed vital skills in HRM, PR, SMM, and more, learning to overcome challenges with resilience.

During her time at UWC Mahindra and other national cohorts, Meghna realized the vast divide in education and opportunities between tier 1 cities and regions like the North East. This realization became the heart of Querencia—a place where individuals, regardless of their background or location, could draw their strength.
